This cosy 2 bedroom 1st floor Rye self catering apartment is within a building dating back to the 16th century and so has a wealth of original features.

This Rye holiday accommodation is accessed via an ancient pedestrianised lane and has its own front door at street level and video entry phone.

Smugglers has been refurbished quite recently and although it has many ancient features it also benefits from a modern kitchen area and a harmonious mix of contemporary and antique furniture.

The kitchen is open plan to the lounge area and is equipped with a Delonghi oven, hob, fridge and ample space for preparation. In this part of the room there is a feature ceiling opening into the eaves. Please note there is no washer/dryer or freezer.

The lounge area comes equipped with a television with a  dvd player.

There is a small double bedroom and a single bedroom both of which could take a cot if necessary.

The bathroom has a tasteful corner bath with a mixer shower attachment ,toilet and sink and features some unusual fossilized sea shells embedded into the wall.

There is a £1.50 per 24 hour car park 4/5 minutes walk from the property although you can park in the town for 1 hour in the daytime and overnight between 5pm and 10am
