Fully fitted kitchen with fridge containing freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine.

Three Bedrooms - master with French Windows and en-suite shower room. The windows open onto a south east facing terrace which is ideal for breakfast.

The second bedroom is a double and the third bedroom contains bunk beds.

A Travel cot is available.

There is a family bathroom with bathroom and shower.

Large open gardens on three sides back on to open fields with views across Romney Marsh to the sea and back across Wealden Hills.

South, East and North facing terraces ensure making the most of the weather, outdoor dining and as a general play area or just relaxing. Rabbits abound and there are some fruit trees at the end of the garden.

There is parking for two or three cars.

The barn is nineteenth century brick and timber built of traditional construction, recently renovated and converted to a high standard.

Saltbarn lane is situated on the outskirts of Rye. Travel out along the Military Road, just past the Tennis Club and the property will be found at the end of a clearly marked farm lane.

A number of public footpaths run alongside the property making this an ideal spot for country walks. Paths lead into Rye and the neighbouring village of Playden.
